First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit! While in Washington DC last may, I had the opportunity to help lobby my Congressment and Senators for the 2008 Housing Stimulous Bill. This Bill included the "First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit". While this is not a true tax credit, it is actually an interest free loan from the Federal Government that is still a great deal.
